If the design is different than the options listed, please note that you will send a message with your design file after placing your order. If you would like a variety of styles of tumblers or a variety of colors, you can add the listing to your cart multiple times before completing the checkout process. All orders $35+ ship for free!
• Your logo is laser-engraved directly through the powder coating, exposing the polished stainless steel. These tumblers are made to stand the test of time. Unlike vinyl decals and stickers, the engraving is a permanent etching so your design will never fade or peel away. Our Polar Camel stainless steel tumblers feature double-wall vacuum insulation with a clear lid. Keep your beverages cold for 24 hours or hot for 8 hours. The mug has a narrower bottom to fit most standard cup holders. Polar Camel tumblers are made from 18/8 gauge Type 304 Food Grade stainless steel.

In the event that you place an order and notice that the shipping address is not accurate AFTER THE PACKAGE IS MARKED SHIPPED, you must contact USPS to resolve this. Please, contact USPS in regards to lost, stolen, or damaged packages: 1-800-ASK-USPS ( 1-800-275-8777)
In the event that your package is marked RETURN TO SENDER due to an incorrect, NO SUCH NUMBER, UNABLE TO FORWARD address we are NOT responsible. We're happy to reship the package to a new address provided by the customer at customer's expense.

Care instructions
All of our items crafted from wood are porous. We recommend hand-washing only and never putting these items in the dishwasher.
Proofs
We do not automatically send proofs. Especially during the holiday season, sending a proof for each order is unrealistic. Rest assured, we will take great care in the design and aesthetics of your personalization request. If you would like to request a proof, please send us an Etsy convo immediately after placing your order. Please, be mindful that this may add 1-2 business days to the production/ship out date. We will give 24 hours to approve a proof in this instance. If we do not hear otherwise, we will engrave your order to ensure it is shipped in a timely manner. We thank you for trusting us in the creation of your gifts.
Should additional modifications be requested once an initial proof is provided, the ship out date will be delayed.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If you add "Gift Wrap" when checking out or "Paid for gift wrap" is noted on your orde: It will apply to one job of wrapping.
For example, if you order 5 cutting boards and select "Gift wrap", you will receive all 5 cutting boards wrapped together in one package.
Assuming it is unlikely that you would be gifting 5 cutting boards to one person, we imagine that you would like to have each cutting board gift-wrapped individually.👇👇👇
